VPNET Terms of Use

1. The service

VPNET provides a virtual private network (WireGuard) that connects your devices to the other devices in your own VPNET network. A device can only reach other devices in the same network, and the VPNET server is used only for connection tests (ping). Your general Internet traffic does not pass through VPNET.

2. Prohibited use

3. Limits and suspension

Each plan has limits on the number of networks and devices. Capacity is limited and shared among all users; speed is not guaranteed. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Keys and data

A private key that we generate for you is shown only once and is not stored by us; you are responsible for saving it. If you lose it, create a new device.

We store your account data, device names, public keys and VPNET IP addresses to run the service. We also record connection metadata (time of last connection, traffic volume and the source IP address of the connection). We do not inspect the content of your traffic. Account data is deleted within 30 days after an account is closed.

5. Device security

Devices in one VPNET network can reach each other. You are responsible for securing your devices (firewall, passwords, updates) and for allowing access only from the VPNET range that you need. A firewall guide is available on your network page.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Payment

Payment is manual, and an account is activated once an admin has verified the payment. Invoices recur monthly on a fixed calendar date, without proration. There is a grace period of 3 days after the due date; after that the account is suspended. Payments already received are non-refundable.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change; we announce material changes through the app or by email. Operator: Netraya. Contact: netraya.admin@gmail.com or WhatsApp +62 851-8309-8909.
